All orders are shipped STEALTHILY and SECURELY.

We keep a record of all tracking numbers and the orders they are associated with. TRACKING NUMBERS WILL NOT BE PROVIDED TO CLIENTS. Tracking numbers will only be provided to the markets Administrators in the event of an order issue to provide verification that your order was delivered.

The Noble Garden Team is not responsible for orders that have been marked as delivered, but have been stolen! It is the clients responsibility to provide a safe shipping address. Noble Garden’s responsibility is to ensure that your shipment leaves our facility and arrives to the destination address as provided. Once a package has been marked as delivered by the tracking number, the order is considered ‘Complete’.

Orders cannot have their shipping information modified after they have been shipped. If a shipping change is necessary please contact us IMMEDIATELY so that we can attempt to change the shipping location before shipping out. Verification of a shipping modification must be made through the markets messaging system. Private messages on the market are required proof to the Administrators in the event that any shipping issue takes place. NOTE: If an address request is made after an order is shipped, and if any shipment issues take place, no refund request or reshipment request will be possible.

If the tracking information states that your shipment was delivered, and you live at an apartment complex, make sure to check with the front desk and your neighbors. In most situations, the package is in one of those two locations.

We request that all orders be finalized within 1 day of the shipment arriving.

**P.O. BOXES**
For stealth reasons, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes. NO EXCEPTION. Even if you have had orders delivered to P.O. Boxes successfully in the past. For stealth and security reasons, we will be unable to do so.

**RETURN TO SENDER**
In the event that a package is returned to sender due to complications of delivering to an address, wrong address provided, no apartment number provided, or if the mail carrier refuses to leave the package at an address for safety reasons, the package will be considered as successfully delivered. The return addresses in use are valid addresses that we do not occupy, and due to this, we will not receive the returned item. As the package is lost, through no fault of our own, the order is considered ‘complete’. No refund or reshipment will be provided. NO EXCEPTIONS. It is the clients responsibility to provide a safe shipping address.

**BEST SHIPPING PRACTICES**
There are a few ways to increase your chances of having a product successfully delivered. Do not order several packages to the same address at the same time. Place one order, wait for delivery, and place a new order. Not all vendors have the same level of stealth. Multiple large packages from out of state may result in your account being flagged and surprise inspections and seizure. Do not use a fake name. Use a valid name of the person living at the address. Do not use a fake name, or a friends name to ship an item an address that that name does not live at. Using a fake name will increase the chances of a search and seizure. Do not use celebirty names. These names will be flagged in the system, and also increase the chances that a postal worker will steal the package. **PGP ENCRYPTION and ADDRESS DETAILS**
All address information MUST be sent using PGP encryption. Orders will not be accepted until we can decrypt your address information. Address information sent un-encrypted will result in the client being regarded as a security risk, resulting in the order being cancelled and the clients account and addresses BLACKLISTED from further orders.

**FEEDBACK**
Positive feedback is our lifeline. If there are any issues with your order or issues with shipping please contact us via PM so that we may improve our process. Negative feedback received with no communication or reason provided will result in a blacklist of account and address.

**ORDER ISSUES**
Please contact us by sending us a Private Message for any order issues or changes. We cannot fix issues that we are unaware of and will do everything in our power to rectify a negative situation caused by us.

**NOTICES**
We reserve the right to cancel an order for any reason. Any ordered cancelled will result in a 100% refund. As security is our #1 concern we will ship in the event that we deem the order 100% completely safe.
