Please note that orders shipped with a padded large letter✉️ or padded maxi letter✉️ are being shipped with Matrix 2D Code Postage Stamps to track them with basis tracking📍.

These stamps expire after a few weeks. So please dont take too long to contact us for your tracking information👍.
Each shipment is photographed and the QR code on the stamps can be scanned using the DHL/Post tracking app to verify dispatch. If you have any problems with that, we can also send you your tracking number so you can track your order without scanning anything.
If your shipment has not arrived after 10 days, please contact us before opening a dispute so we can work towards a solution together. Tracking information is available upon request👍.
