ALWAYS MESSAGE US NICELY FIRST

UK Domestic – Please allow 7 days before messaging us. Royal mail has a 99.9% success rate, however mistakes and accidents happen so message us. If you are a regular customer or we have cocked up we will sort it.

Uk Tracked – Please allow 5 days before messaging us and we will issue you your tracking number. If tracking shows its lost or siezed then its a 100% reship or 75% refund. If tracking shows its delivered to you or your neighbour no refund.

Europe – Please allow 21 days before messaging. We will choose at our discretion whether to post with tracking or not. On proof of seizure either by tracking or love letter then we will reship 100% to a different address or 50% refund.

Worldwide – Please allow 28 days before messaging. Anything outside europe is completely at buyers risk. Same again we will use our discretion on whether to use tracking or not so feel free to message us as we may be able to help. However, no refunds will be issued
