How do you take Tavor Tabs 1.0mg?
The usual dose for adults is 0.5 to 2.5mg of lorazepam, which you can divide into 2 to 3 single doses, or as a single dose in the evening.
Sometimes, especially in hospital, your doctor might increase the daily dose to a maximum of 7.5mg lorazepam, taking all precautions into account. If you’re looking for lower or higher doses, don’t worry, as there are options available with lower or higher single doses.If you’re focusing on sleep disorders, you can take the daily dose (0.5 to 2.5mg of lorazepam) as a single dose about half an hour before going to bed. And if you’re worried about the dose, don’t be, as there are options available with lower or higher single doses.
If you’re having a medical procedure, we can help you relax before and after, too. For adults, we suggest 1 to 2.5 mg of lorazepam the evening before, and/or 2 to 4 mg about 1 to 2 hours before the procedure. After the procedure, 1 to 2.5 mg of lorazepam at appropriate intervals is ideal. If you need it, we have lower single doses available, too.
