Dosage:
Take this medicine exactly as prescribed by your doctor. If you are not sure, ask your doctor or pharmacist.
This medication is used for the treatment of chronic pain. The required dose and the interval between doses are determined individually for each patient by the doctor.
The daily dose may be between 100 mg and a maximum of 600 mg (based on tilidine hydrochloride), depending on the intensity of the pain and individual response to treatment.
Unless otherwise prescribed by your doctor.
The usual starting dose is 100 mg twice daily. There should be an interval of 12 hours between doses.
If you have never taken an opioid before, your doctor may reduce the starting dose to 50 mg twice daily.
If 100 mg twice daily does not provide adequate pain control, your doctor will gradually increase the dose to a level that provides adequate pain control with tolerable side effects.
The drug is suitable for a daily dose of 400 mg or more (based on tilidine hydrochloride).
Adults take 1 extended-release tablet containing 200/16 mg (equivalent to 400 mg tilidine hydrochloride) twice daily.
Other strengths are available if different doses are required. All extended-release tablet strengths can be combined if needed.
