USING MDMA SAFELY

MDMA depletes your body of B vitamins; it’s a good idea to take a b-complex vitamin or eat something with nutritional yeast around the time you’re taking it. 5-HTP can help alleviate the crash, but should not be taken until around 8 hours after your last dose. It has been said that the antioxidant R-ALA can help reduce the neurotoxicity of MDMA, taken around the same time. Personal anecdote: taking 1g piracetam daily at least 5 days before taking MDMA provides a much cleaner and energetic experience.

If taking with LSD for the first time, take the L at least an hour before the molly, and err on the side of safety. They are synergistic, meaning they potentiate each other. I basically missed the show because I took two tabs, got too high, thought, “molly is kind of a stimulant, maybe I’ll take 250mg and my trip will chill out.” It absolutely does not work that way. Not at all.
