Orders

Order Inquiry: If you inquire on your shipping status. We require the following. Name on the pack date of purchase as well as all messages regarding said inquiry to be encrypted.

Delayed or Lost orders: If an order is lost then it is a 50/50 reship. Meaning we will reship half of what you ordered. If an order is delayed then all that can be done is to wait it out for at least 5 business days. We will not reship just because the shipper is delaying your order. You will have to wait the same way we wait for you to finalize your order and receive payment.

Refunds

We do not offer any refunds for a shipped order. We can cancel an order before it is shipped.

All orders must be in before 1pm est for same day shipping Monday-Friday.

Anything that has to do with your order please provide it to us in your order pgp. If not there may be a chance it may be missed.

Finalizing Releasing

Escrow Buyers are expected to log in your account and Finalize their orders within 24 hours of the date and time the order was delivered. If not we may decide to reject your orders.

We do not offer refund for undeliverable packages due to the wrong/missing address or an order being returned to sender.

If the tracking for the package shows delivered we do not offer any refunds.

When sending your address please be sure to encrypt your messages using my PGP key listed on my vendor page. Its important to review your address and best to validate it by yourself. There are many websites use USPS API for address validation.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. It is important to make sure you provide us with the correct address in the right format to ensure that your package is shipped in a timely manner.
