When purchasing from us you automatically agree to the following terms:

(1) Orders place by RM First Class are NOT eligible for reships or refunds.

(2) We are not entitled to give you tracking numbers. If your order has taken longer than 5 days from the time of shipping then we may give you it – this will be decided on a case by case basis.

(3) Full reship for all orders that never arrive when using “Next Day Delivery” method and we will also refund your shipping if it doesnt arrive on time (Within our cut off times and refund in XMR only) We recommend to all our customers that you use this option.

(4) If tracking says it has been delivered there will be no reship.
