Nothing extra IS unnecessary. Also, I suggest you use your REAL NAME if you are shipping to your home, because it should blend in with the rest of your mail. If you have a note or reminder, please add it next to your address…

Please do not ask me when your order will ship. I’m sending out confirmation messages once I ship them just wait for them.

Please do not ask for tracking immediately after you place your order, as I do not give it. If your order is not there after the mail is delivered on day 5 after you order it, then you may ask for tracking. Please have PGP setup or have your public key sent to me in your tracking number request, or I will only update you with an anticipated delivery date, or tell you what the tracking number tells me.

Lastly, please do not use PGP for random messages or questions. Please only use it to send sensitive data like your shipping address. Not much else typically needs to be encrypted. It slows down my response time for everybody when you encrypt your regular messages. Especially if you are just asking me a bunch of questions. Please be kind and do not encrypt unless it’s something only I need to know.
