1.Shipping~~~

-If your order is marked shipped , it means , that its being processed ,actual shipping can take 1-3 biz. days (normally on the next business day it would be out ,but on rare occasions we do ask max of 3 biz.days to ship it ).
-We ship with Domestic Priority shipping option ,which usually takes 2 days to arrive(as USPS advertises,however its
not always the case.. ) or Priority Express option , which shouldn’t take more then 1 day,(but again, it can happen),
only USPS can control those things unfortunately. We always suggest, that you place your order 6 days before you run
out of your meds, so you will not end up in a bind, if any problem arises .

2. Occasions, when we are not responsible for the loss of your package~~~

-If you put the wrong address
-If you put a wrong zip code
-If USPS lost your package
-If your tracking number says ” DELIVERED” or “AVAILABLE FOR PICK UP¨( it especially applies to PO boxes) and you claim, that you haven’t receive it.

3. Addressing your package~~~

-Use a Post Office box or street address, but not both. If the address also has a directional (for instance, NW for Northwest), be sure to use it. There may be more than one Main Street.
-The address should be complete,with name ,street,city and state,other way your order might end up being late .
-Dear customers,i cannot stress it enough, please ,please ,please triple check your shipping address before you put it in ,it will save us and yourself a trouble,a package returned from a bad address creates an OPSEC problem for us ,so lets all be safe and do the things in a correct manner.

4. Tracking number ~~~

We do not provide tracking numbers , you have to count 5 business days from the day your order was marked shipped ,before you message us to check on your tracking number and of course we would be happy to assist you with that.

5. Express shipping ~~~

You are paying 65$ for Express-priority shipping,its not a guaranteed overnight
service that USPS has for 80$, its very important that you understand that ,even tho most likely it would only take 1 day after shipping to arrive ,but its not a USPS guarantee tho. Your package will be shipped with express next business day ,after you placed your order(if it was placed before 8 pm cut off time). If you placed your express order on Friday ,it will be shipped on Monday and you will most likely get it on Tuesday.
