Refund, Reshipment and Dispute Policy

We Ship US TO US only and NO EXPRESS for your safety.

Tracking will be provided upon request only after 24hrs of shipment. Please send us a separate message asking for tracking.

Shipment TAT is 4-8 Days, You may contact us if you do not receive the product during the specified time.

We do not ship on Weekends.

We Refund or Reship only for reasons mentioned below

1: If the customer receives the incorrect product.

2: Customer did not receive the mail and tracking shows in transit for way too long (Min 15 days)

3: It is the consumer’s responsibility to provide us with valid address info…Incase if it’s delivered and consumer claims it’s not, WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE.

Feedback is welcome and always appreciated. We make mistakes and we learn from them. However, It’s a humble request to be nice and not abusive and be honest about feedback.

It’s always recommended to check with us in case of any discrepancies before disputing. If we cannot come to reasonable terms, the customer is free to dispute.
