As we ship UK to UK mainly the likelihood of non arrival is less than 1% – if you choose regular 1st class mail then we will only refund/reship in the unlikely event of non-arrival if you have a buyer account over 3 months old and with more than 10 successful orders

If you choose special delivery you have full refund/reship rights

For orders outside the UK in the unlikely event of customs seizure we are unable to offer a refund or reship, we can only do this if the item is lost
