========Time for messages/orders to be processed and shipped=========
– Orders PLACED AFTER 20:00 PT/21:00 MT/22:00 CT/23:00 ET would be processed/accepted on NEXT DAY. There is a time difference between orders are placed and sent to our side. Therefore, the time for orders reaching our side shall prevail.
– If your message or order is not processed for a long time, it is most likely because we cannot log into the market due to DDOS. In the meantime, you can choose to cancel your order, or wait for us to process it, or contact us in any of our active markets. We will process your order as soon as the market is able to be logged in.
– We DO NOT provide the tracking number unless you are our regular customer. Please DO NOT ask for the tracking number, otherwise your request will be ignored or your order will be DECLINED.
– And orders will be shipped within 24-48 hours AFTER BEING ACCEPTED. Weekends order will be shipped on next Monday.(No shipping on Sunday and US holidays because the post office is closed.)
– For customers who buy products in our store for the first time, your maximum total purchase quantity is 1LB. When the product arrives smoothly and you are satisfied with it, we welcome you to continue to buy more with no limit! (When the buyer lacks a certain amount of transaction record, the limited maximum purchase quantity will be decreased accordingly.)
– Each shipping option notes the weight that it matches. Please select the CORRECT postage based on the TOTAL weight of your order. If you pay less than the correct postage, your order may be CANCELLED. (Our trusted loyal regulars can be covered by our occasional temporary postage advance service.) ‘Combined’ shipping option does NOT mean free shipping. This option is only available for second or more orders sent to the same address to avoid paying multiple postage charges. Please DO NOT choose it casually when you do not have any orders needed to be combined. Otherwise, your order might be CANCELLED.
– Due to a large amounts of orders and messages needed to be processed everyday, please give us some time to reply messages and accept/send orders. If your order/message has not progressed yet, please do not worry, we will process it in order. We will be as careful as possible so as not to miss any messages or orders from our precious customers. – Please run your address on google maps and find your location correctly first before sending the address to us. Then copy the correct address shown on the google maps, encrypt and send it to us. (If you do not do so, when we are unable to locate your address accurately and fail to print the shipping label, we may need to message you to check your address again with you, which will affect the shipping date.)
– Please send a valid and detailed address with real receiver name to us. Do not send fake names or empty house addresses, please! If the name and address is wrong or fake, there is a risk that the USPS may open the package to check it. (Orders to fake addresses will not be refunded or reshipped!)
– Please always double/triple check your address before encrypting it. Most of non-arrivals are caused by a wrong provided address. So please make sure your address information is CORRECT as we will directly copy the address information you gave us to print your shipping label. (Orders to wrong addresses will not be refunded or reshipped!)
