How does the shipping work?

All our products are shipped via 1st class Royal Mail.

!We DO NOT ship on Saturday and Sunday.

– MON-FRI orders paid by 13.00 UK time are shipped the same day.

– MON-THU orders paid after 13.00 UK time are shipped the following day.

– FRI orders paid after 13.00 and SAT-SUN orders are shipped on Monday.

What do I do if I have not received my order?
Our experience shows that 98% percent of reasons why customers do not receive their orders is a wrong delivery address provided. Always double-check the address before sending it to us.

If the address is correct, there is no reason why you would not receive it.

On the other hand, if the reason of your order not arriving is known to us, we will definitely find a solution.

How long will it take to receive my delivery and how much will it cost?
The UK Royal Mail 1st class takes up to 3 days to be delivered and is free on all orders.

The shipping to Ireland and EU may take up to 7 days. The price of shipping is 6 pounds, size of an order does not matter.
